What a great property. Stayed for a combination of a quick getaway and work "staycation" and loved how much space there was and how quick of the trip it was from Atlanta. The house is updated mid-century cool, with unique glass roofs above the dining room and master bath shower. Awesome on a starlit night. Loren was super efficient and was able to accommodate a booking on short notice. The House was all set up with comfy bedding, new towels, and cookware. The location is great, close to the lake and everything else needed for a great trip, but nicely spaced apart from neighbors. Liked the fact it had two separate living areas, multiple large flat screens, several fireplaces, a billiard room, plus a separate loft/game area. Great host and a good value.
Everything was great - the main bedroom was huge, and the bathroom was a nice size. The other two bedrooms were great size. Big living room and kitchen. Everything was supplied. Nice and quiet. We were there for a wedding weekend, and everything was about 10-15 minutes from where we were staying. Definitely a great place to stay! The owner was great to communicate with and an excellent host!
Loren was very responsive. He was a great host leaving wine and cheese for my daughter and her bridesmaids. One of the air-conditioning units was out which was not Loren's fault, of course. However, it did make it difficult to get hair and makeup done for the wedding. Loren called to let me know before we checked in and made sure that we had plenty of fans. The repair was taken care of the next day. Luckily the home is located in a shaded area, and that helped keep the temperature bearable. Thanks, Loren.
The house is in a perfect location everything we needed was close to us we were able to enjoy some attractions in Atlanta downtown plus come back to a quiet place. We love family time board games are one of our favorite things to do when we are together was the first thing we did when we arrived after a long drive. Thanks for having those.
